The villa's price includes a 30-year land lease, with an option to buy back the land — an alternative to freehold ownership, which is not accessible to non-residents in Thailand. To go further in an approach that is both economical and responsible, solar panels can be offered as an option, reducing electricity consumption and supporting more sustainable management of the property.
A non-resident cannot hold freehold title to the land in their own name, but can secure the use of the villa through a long-term lease (leasehold) with a buy-back option, as is the case for Palm Sea View. The structure is validated case by case by an independent law firm.
